About us
K9 Friends is a non-profit making, voluntary
run organization.
We are totally dependent on contributions from the general public.
We are run by a 5 member committee; a chairperson, treasurer, office manager, kennel manager and sponsorship coordinator. All of these posts are unpaid.
We have around 40 regular volunteers who help in the shelter and office and others who help in specific areas such as vet runs, education and outside fundraising events. K9 Friends relies on volunteers and always needs them!
