A lovely family rescued a female Spaniel only to find out that she was pregnant and unfortunately they were not in a position to keep six dogs instead of the one dog they planned for. The 5 gorgeous pups have been at K9 Friends for a few weeks and are doing exceptionally well, they are healthy and growing in confidence every day. Rafa is the quiet boy and is a little timid but he has taken on the role of looking after his sisters. Every day we see his tail wagging a little bit harder and faster so we don’t expect him to be shy for too much longer. The pups have been microchipped and have started their vaccinations but will need to stay at home until their full vaccination procedure is completed, perfect timing with the Dubai heat. Our volunteers are having so much fun sitting in the AC and playing with this amazing litter to socialise them, some have even claimed to have been accidently ‘locked in’ the puppy block.
