INFO - Joe was found at 3 months old with Donald, having been thrown out of a car. A kind member of the public rescued them and had them checked by a vet where thankfully they were given the all clear and brought to K9 Friends. Joe is an excitable chap, very happy and sociable. He’s a smart pup too, he’s already learnt some basic commands and can’t wait to learn more with a family.
